Ashish is 15 and is cared for by the DREAM Trust (Diabetes Research Education And Management Trust) in the city of Nagpur in Central India. Ashish and his family live in a village in a rural area. Consequently, the visit to the DREAM Trust involves a 320 km round trip, catching four buses, walking 4km, taking 11-12 hours.
